Very delightful experience. When we arrived, the staff (a short hair lady) showed her professional services and sweet smile. I felt taken care of a lot. She also did a quick room tour for us, which was very considerate. We ordered the suite. Very big and good view with the garden. Extremely clean and smelt good. Every entrance has a security door so it felt really guaranteed. Very friendly to introverts 😂We came for my husband’s bday so I left a msg mentioning about this while booking. They carefully noticed it and printed a card for him. The bday cake we ordered is also amazing. I have to say this hotel is really top quality and top service with top comfort. However if you are looking for more experiences like swimming pool or luxurious view of the old capital, it may not be your best choice. We are here to chill and enjoy the private vibe only!

Japanese hotels are famous for their personal service. Hotel Okura is at another level. Small boutique feeling with every detail just perfect.

The newly opened Okura Hotel has a super big bed and good room space. The service is very good. The reception staff speaks great English and is very gentle. They very attentively put a thousand paper cranes on the bedside. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and a bus stop downstairs. I like this hotel very much and am very satisfied with the price. 👍
